The website design package I offer is basic, clean and fresh, and has many years experience behind it, and over 80 website's worth of learning! I ensure you have individual meta tags on every page and alt tags on links and pictures, relevant.
What I offer is a simple, effective site in your own colours with your own logo and anything from a discussion forum to a shop at additional cost.

What you get for £99
Three page basic website usually comprising of Home Page/ Service or Products / Contact Page.
Upto 5 email addresses connected to your domain name.
FREE Specialist fast search engine submission.
Includes a link page where you like to other sites I have built and they link to you - improving cradability. If you opt out of this, your hosting price will increase.
Adding more to your site... just a few extra ££
Additional pages - £10 each. (text supplied by yourself). *BONUS if you have 5 pages on your site I will add a FREE personal directory page for you to link to others and encourage them to link back to you. If you have 10 pages you will recieve a FREE sitemap.
Database driven add-ons - Not everyone wants something basic, so for just a little extra you can have your own discussion forum, property listing database, newsletter feature, classified adverts, photo galleries for an additional £99 (plus additional £2pcm for hosting).
Forms - For a contact us form that includes detailed fields that go to your email the cost is £30.
Buttons - Small buttons instead of text links will cost an aditional £2.50. Large buttons £5 each.
Photography and images - I recommend avoiding these as they make your page heavy to load, however if you really want to have images I can supply suitable images for website use from £2 each.
Terms & Conditions
All sites must be hosted on my own UK hosting for me to have ready access and to be able to keep coding confidential.
Minimum 12 month contact on all websites / hosting to keep prices down
Hosting is a fixed price for all clients and is payable monthly by standing order. If a payment is missed, a reminder will be issued, and if payment is not cleared within 7 days of reminder, the website will be taken down.
